SYDNEY - PYMBLE GOLF DAY ENTRY FORM
13th October 2008
Pymble Golf Club will again be the venue for our very popular Annual Golf Day.
The main trophy event will be an Irish 4 Ball, played in conjunction with an Individual and various
novelty events .The cost of the day is $150pp, this includes golf, dinner with drinks and trophies.
There will be a shot-gun start at 12.00pm
HOW TO ENTER
The day is open to all golfers who hold a registered handicap of 27 or less for men and 45 or less for women. Confirmation of your entry will be sent on receipt of the enclosed application form, properly completed with either cheque or credit card details attached.
